More than Just a Clear Sky was written and illustrated by Arjun Nair when he was eleven years old. 

 

From the bright imagination of a wide-eyed and whimsical young poet comes More than Just a Clear Sky. In these playful poems, we follow the migration of monarch butterflies and meet a person so tall that their head could bump into the moon. We have a conversation with a clock and build a new home inside a wooden staircase. This natural sense of wonder, curiosity, and humor follows us up into the daytime clouds, among the busy animals at twilight, and even down into the deep nighttime dark beneath the soil.
